How to Register
Once parents have decided to send their child to Westborough Pre-School, they will be required to complete a registration pack. The registration pack is comprised of a Registration Form, a Consent Form and the Pre-School Terms and Conditions.
The documents can either be requested by the completion of our enquiry form in which case we will send them out to you or they can be downloaded and printed from the links below. Applications must be accompanied by a £30 registration fee (No fee is required for FEET children), which will be used to provide a pre-school shirt and book bag.
Once the registration documents have been received a letter will then be sent confirming that your child has been registered with us. Parents/carers will be informed of availability during the term before their child is due to start, at which time familiarisation visits to the pre-school will be arranged.
